Applications
Keep the inventory of applications your automations use, and see which opportunities depend on each one.
The application inventory lists the systems that opportunities touch: what they are, who owns them, how critical they are and how well they can be automated. Opportunities pick their Applications involved from it, and the detailed assessment asks about them. Open it from Assets ▸ Applications. Viewing needs launchpad_applications view; adding and editing need create and edit (for example Launchpad Program Manager, Launchpad Project Manager or Launchpad Architect). Search by name, filter by status (Active, Retiring, Retired) and sort by name, vendor, criticality or status. Add an application# Select Add application. Enter the Application name and, as far as you know them, the Vendor, Product, Version, Business owner, Technical owner, Business unit, Environment, URL, Authentication and Notes. Set the Criticality, Automation compatibility, API availability and Status. Select Add application. Administrators can add custom fields for applications; see Custom fields. Read an application# Select an application to open it. The header shows its status, criticality, vendor, product and version, with Edit and Delete. Tab Shows Overview The application's details.
