Built-in workflow activities

The control-flow, data, error-handling and invoke nodes that are part of the workflow language itself.

These activities are part of every VeloPhex project. They belong to the workflow language, not to an activity package, so there is nothing to install. They are in the Studio toolbox even when a project has no package at all.

Every built-in activity also has the common rows Display name, Annotation, Disabled and Private. They are not repeated on each page.
