Salesforce#

• Assign Salesforce File (velophex.salesforce.assignFile): Shares an existing file with a record, user or group, with the access and visibility given.
• Assign Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.runAssignmentRules): Runs the assignment rules on a Lead, Case or Account, which sets its owner or queue.
• Bulk API Query (velophex.salesforce.bulkQuery): Runs a SOQL query as a Bulk API 2.0 job, for result sets too large for Execute SOQL Query, and waits for every row.
• Create Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.createRecord): Creates a record of any object (Account, Contact, Lead, custom objects) and returns its id.
• Delete Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.deleteRecord): Deletes a record by id; it goes to the Recycle Bin.
• Describe Salesforce Object (velophex.salesforce.describeObject): Reads an object's metadata: its fields with their types, lengths, picklist values and permissions.
• Download Salesforce File (velophex.salesforce.downloadFile): Downloads the latest version of a Salesforce file into a folder, named by its title.
• End Use Salesforce (velophex.salesforce.endScope): Ends a Use Salesforce scope and disconnects its session; placed by the scope.
• Execute Salesforce Report (velophex.salesforce.executeReport): Runs a report and returns its detail rows, one column per report column. Salesforce returns at most 2,000 rows.
• Execute SOQL Query (velophex.salesforce.executeSoql): Runs a SOQL query and returns every matching record, all pages, as a table. Related fields are columns such as Account.Name.
• Get Bulk API Job (velophex.salesforce.getBulkJob): Reads a Bulk API job's state and counts and, once an ingest job is complete, its successful and failed rows.
• Get List View Records (velophex.salesforce.getListViewRecords): Returns the records of a list view, with the view's columns.
• Get Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.getRecord): Reads a record by id; all fields, or only the ones listed.
• Get Salesforce Reports (velophex.salesforce.listReports): Lists the reports the user can see: Id, Name and Url.
• Process Salesforce Approval (velophex.salesforce.processApproval): Submits a record for approval, or approves, rejects or recalls a pending approval request.
• Run Bulk API Job (velophex.salesforce.runBulkJob): Inserts, updates, upserts or deletes the rows of a table with the Bulk API 2.0. Column names are field API names; delete needs only Id.
• Search Salesforce Records (velophex.salesforce.searchRecords): Runs a SOSL search across objects. The table has Id and Type, then the fields the RETURNING clause names.
• Update Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.updateRecord): Sets fields on an existing record; fields not listed keep their values.
• Upload Salesforce File (velophex.salesforce.uploadFile): Uploads a file to Salesforce Files, linked to a record, or as a new version of an existing file. Up to about 37 MB.
• Upsert Salesforce Record (velophex.salesforce.upsertRecord): Updates the record whose external id field holds the value, or creates it when there is none.
• Use Salesforce (velophex.salesforce.useSalesforce): Connects to Salesforce (production, sandbox or My Domain) for the activities placed inside it, and disconnects when they end.
