Action Hub#

• Create Action Task: Raises an Action Hub task from a published action app version and returns its Task Id.
• Get Action Task: Reads an Action Hub task's status, and its outcome and output once completed.
• Wait for Action Task: Waits for an Action Hub task's decision. Up to an hour it waits in the job; a longer timeout suspends the job, freeing the Robot until the task is decided.

Assets#

• Get Asset: Reads an asset of the job's workspace by name.
• Get Credential: Reads a credential asset: its user name and password.
• Get Secret: Reads a secret asset as a SecureString.
• Set Asset: Sets the value of an asset of the job's workspace.
• Set Credential: Sets the user name and password of a credential asset.
• Set Secret: Sets the value of a secret asset from a SecureString.

Data Hub#

• Create Entity Record: Creates a record of a Data Hub entity in the job's workspace.
• Create or Update Entity Record: Creates a record of a Data Hub entity, or updates the one whose unique key field has the same value.
• Delete Entity Record: Deletes a Data Hub record. The entity must allow deletes from automations.
• Get Entity Record: Reads a record of a Data Hub entity by its id.
• Query Entity Records: Reads the records of a Data Hub entity that match a filter, a page at a time or all of them.
• Update Entity Record: Changes the given fields of a Data Hub record and leaves the others as they are.

Jobs#

• Get Current Job Info: Reads the current job's id, attempt, automation, entry point, workspace and deadline.
• Get Jobs: Reads the newest jobs of the job's workspace.
• Start Job: Starts another automation of the same workspace as a child job.
• Stop Job: Stops a job of the job's workspace.

Queues#

• Add Queue Item: Adds an item to a queue of the job's workspace.
• Bulk Add Queue Items: Adds up to 1000 items to a queue in one call, one per data table row or list element. Reference, Priority, DeferUntil and Deadline columns set those fields; the rest is the payload.
• Delete Queue Items: Deletes new, failed or abandoned queue items. Refuses all of them if one is in progress or finished.
• Get Queue Items: Reads up to 100 items of a queue without claiming them, oldest first.
• Get Transaction Item: Claims the next item of a queue for this job.
• Postpone Transaction Item: Returns a claimed queue item to its queue until a later time, without spending a retry.
• Set Transaction Progress: Records progress on a claimed queue item.
• Set Transaction Status: Marks a claimed queue item successful or failed.
• Wait Queue Item: Waits until a queue has an item available, then claims it for this job.

Storage#

• Delete Storage File: Deletes a file from an Orchestrator storage bucket.
• Download Storage File: Downloads a file from an Orchestrator storage bucket to a local path.
• List Storage Files: Lists the files in an Orchestrator storage bucket or one of its folders.
• Read Storage Text: Reads a text file from an Orchestrator storage bucket into a string.
• Upload Storage File: Uploads a local file to an Orchestrator storage bucket.
• Write Storage Text: Writes text to a file in an Orchestrator storage bucket.
