Mail#

  • Delete IMAP Mail Message (velophex.mail.imap.delete): Deletes a mail from an IMAP folder of the enclosing Use Mail Account's server, or the Host given here.
  • Delete POP3 Mail Message (velophex.mail.pop3.delete): Deletes a mail by index from the enclosing Use Mail Account's POP3 server, or the Host given here. A POP3 delete takes effect when the session disconnects.
  • Get IMAP Mail Folders (velophex.mail.imap.getFolders): Lists the folders of the enclosing Use Mail Account's IMAP mailbox, or the Host given here, by full name.
  • Get IMAP Mail Messages (velophex.mail.imap.get): Retrieves mails from an IMAP folder, filtered and ordered: the enclosing Use Mail Account's server, or the Host given here.
  • Get Mail Attachments (velophex.mail.attachments.get): Lists the attachments of a mail (name, type, size and content) without saving them, optionally only those whose name matches a filter.
  • Get POP3 Mail Messages (velophex.mail.pop3.get): Retrieves mails from a POP3 server: the enclosing Use Mail Account's, or the Host given here.
  • Load Mail Message (velophex.mail.message.load): Loads a mail from an .eml file into a mail message.
  • Mark IMAP Mail as Read (velophex.mail.imap.mark): Marks a mail read or unread on the enclosing Use Mail Account's IMAP server, or the Host given here.
  • Move IMAP Mail Message (velophex.mail.imap.move): Moves a mail to another folder on the enclosing Use Mail Account's IMAP server, or the Host given here.
  • Save Mail Attachments (velophex.mail.attachments.save): Saves the attachments of a mail to a folder, optionally only those whose name matches a filter.
  • Save Mail Message (velophex.mail.message.save): Saves a mail to disk as an .eml file.
  • Send SMTP Calendar Invite (velophex.mail.smtp.sendCalendarInvite): Sends a meeting request (iCalendar) through SMTP: the enclosing Use Mail Account's server, or the Host given here.
  • Send SMTP Mail Message (velophex.mail.smtp.send): Sends, replies to or forwards a mail through SMTP: the enclosing Use Mail Account's server, or the Host given here.
  • Set IMAP Mail Flags (velophex.mail.imap.setFlags): Adds, removes or replaces the flags (Seen, Answered, Flagged, Draft, Deleted) and keywords of a mail on the enclosing Use Mail Account's IMAP server, or the Host given here.
  • Use Mail Account (velophex.mail.useMailAccount): Signs in to a mail account (IMAP, POP3 and/or SMTP) for the mail activities placed inside it, and disconnects when they end.
  • Wait for IMAP Mail (velophex.mail.imap.waitForMail): Waits for a new mail in an IMAP folder (IMAP IDLE, polling where the server has no IDLE) until one matches or the timeout passes.

Outlook#

  • Archive Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.archive): Moves an Outlook email to the Archive folder of its mailbox.
  • Delete Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.delete): Deletes an Outlook email (it goes to Deleted Items).
  • Forward Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.forward): Forwards an Outlook email with its attachments.
  • Get Outlook Email List (velophex.mail.outlook.get): Gets the emails of an Outlook desktop folder, filtered and ordered.
  • Mark Outlook Email as Read (velophex.mail.outlook.markRead): Marks an Outlook email as read or unread.
  • Move Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.move): Moves an Outlook email to another folder.
  • Reply To Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.reply): Replies to an Outlook email, to the sender or to everyone.
  • Save Outlook Attachments (velophex.mail.outlook.saveAttachments): Saves the attachments of an Outlook email to a folder.
  • Save Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.saveMsg): Saves an Outlook email as a .msg file.
  • Send Outlook Calendar Invite (velophex.mail.outlook.sendCalendarInvite): Sends a meeting request through the Outlook desktop app; To are required attendees, Cc optional ones.
  • Send Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.send): Sends an email through the Outlook desktop app.
  • Set Outlook Email Categories (velophex.mail.outlook.setCategories): Sets the color categories of an Outlook email.
  • Use Desktop Outlook App (velophex.mail.outlook.useOutlook): Connects to the Outlook desktop app for the Outlook activities inside it: one profile and account.
  • Wait for Outlook Email (velophex.mail.outlook.waitForMail): Waits for a new email in an Outlook desktop folder until one matches the filter or the timeout passes.
