  • Copy S3 Object (velophex.aws.copyObject): Copies an S3 object to another key or bucket, replacing what is there.
  • Create EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.createInstance): Launches one EC2 instance from an AMI. It is billed until terminated.
  • Create S3 Bucket (velophex.aws.createBucket): Creates an S3 bucket in the scope's region. A name already taken fails.
  • Delete S3 Bucket (velophex.aws.deleteBucket): Deletes an empty S3 bucket. A bucket with objects fails.
  • Delete S3 Object (velophex.aws.deleteObject): Deletes an S3 object. A missing key succeeds.
  • Delete SQS Message (velophex.aws.deleteSqsMessage): Deletes a received message from its SQS queue, by its receipt handle.
  • Download S3 Object (velophex.aws.downloadObject): Downloads an S3 object to a local file.
  • End Use AWS (velophex.aws.endScope): Ends a Use AWS scope and releases its session; placed by the scope.
  • Generate Presigned URL (velophex.aws.generatePresignedUrl): Makes a time-limited URL anyone can use to download (GET) or upload (PUT) one object without credentials.
  • Get EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.getInstance): Reads one EC2 instance's state, type and addresses. A missing instance fails.
  • Get Secret (velophex.aws.getSecret): Reads a secret's value from AWS Secrets Manager as a SecureString.

  • Publish SNS Message (velophex.aws.publishSnsMessage): Publishes a message to an SNS topic, or sends it as a text message to a phone number.
  • Reboot EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.rebootInstance): Reboots a running EC2 instance.
  • Receive SQS Messages (velophex.aws.receiveSqsMessages): Receives up to 10 messages from an SQS queue. They come back after the visibility timeout unless deleted.
  • Send SQS Message (velophex.aws.sendSqsMessage): Sends a message to an Amazon SQS queue.
  • Start EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.startInstance): Starts a stopped EC2 instance.
  • Stop EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.stopInstance): Stops a running EC2 instance; its EBS volumes are kept.
  • Terminate EC2 Instance (velophex.aws.terminateInstance): Terminates an EC2 instance for good; volumes set to delete on termination go with it.
  • Upload S3 Object (velophex.aws.uploadObject): Uploads a local file to S3 (up to 5 GB).
  • Use AWS (velophex.aws.useAws): Connects to Amazon Web Services with an access key, optionally assuming a role, for the activities placed inside it.
